Founded by Vivian Luan in 2005 and reinforced by Jennifer Liu as Managing Director in 2016, our brand-new Taiwanese team received the Bronze Trophy in the 2020 ESOMAR Research Effectiveness Awards EasyCard online community designed to beta test a new mobile payment app.

Senior Research Executive

As a Senior Research Executive based in Taipei office, you are part of a team of enthusiastic marketers and researchers that empower people to shape the future of brands. Through your passion for data and consumer insights, you inspire marketers of cool companies.

* You support qualitative and quantitative market research projects (study design, questionnaire development, fielding and analysis)
* You help manage online insight communities for global brands
* You support online and offline insight activities on forums, live chats, focus groups, workshops, surveys
* You check and collect data and feedback from the activities, analysing and summarizing findings for clients
* You use images, photos, videos, verbatims and other data to build stories
