◆ Develop business strategies to each distributor based on the specific character of the distributor
◆ Work with local/regional/global product and investment teams to initiate Manulife product strategies that is suitable to Taiwan clients
◆ Work closely with CEO and local/regional/global product and investment teams to develop products that aligned the company’s strategies and market needs
◆ Develop and maintain good relationship with distributors’ headquarters
◆ Develop sales tactics and marketing campaign for distributors
◆ Well understand market trends and client needs, and develop strategies for the company
